    Terms & conditions

    Our Refer-A-Friend scheme means that when you refer friends or family to IGNI you could get a one off referral fee of £200. See the terms below for details and how to qualify. These terms apply to referrals made from 1 September 2023.

    Referring a Friend 

    This section applies to a customer who is referring a friend. When we use the word “you” in this section we mean the referrer.

    1. For every friend you successfully refer to IGNI you can receive £200, provided that you and the friend meet the conditions set out below.
    2. The friend must:
      1. Use the referral link to sign up a new friend to IGNI
      2. Be a new IGNI customer, live at a different address to you and be the owner-occupier
      3. Have at least one of the following Eligible Services – Boiler Replacement Grant, First Time Central Heating Grant, Home insulation Grant or Air Source Heat Pump Grant. Multiple types of Grants within the same property will be counted as one Eligible Service; and
      4. have at least the one Grant installed at the address for 30days before the referral fee is paid.
    3. To be eligible to refer a friend you must:
      1. be an existing IGNI customer; and
      2. not be a IGNI Partner.
    4. The referral fee will be paid within 30 days of your friend successfully having had their grant installed.
    5. You agree that by referring a friend and sharing your referral link with them, that we may share your name with the friend, so that they know who has referred them. Your data will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

    General 

    1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. We reserve the right to remove or amend this promotion at any time.
    2. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon using the refer a friend scheme.
    3. The Refer-a-Friend Scheme is for non-commercial use only. IGNI reserves the right to refuse to apply the referral fee to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or anyone exploiting, in any way, the Refer-a-Friend scheme.
    4. This promotion is governed by English Law and customers submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
