Cavity wall insulation involves filling the space between the inner and outer exterior walls. You can use a variety of materials for filling the cavity space, including urea formaldehyde expanding foam, cellulose, polystyrene beads and mineral wool or rock wool. Most of our Installers prefer to use polystyrene beads as they are much more effective and provide exceptional insulation. You’ll notice a difference in the warmth of your house straight away.

An MCS-certified IGNI engineer visits your home to assess your property and recommend the right heat pump for you. IGNI submits the BUS grant application to Ofgem on your behalf. The grant is deducted directly from your installation invoice.
Installation & Handover

Questions about cavity wall insulation
ECO4 will be a four-year scheme and is intended to run from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2026. The main objective of ECO4 is to improve the least energy efficient housing occupied by low income and vulnerable households.
Under ECO, medium and larger energy suppliers fund the installation of energy efficiency measures in British households. Each obligated supplier has an overall target based on its share of the domestic energy market in Britain. The obligated energy suppliers work with installers to introduce certain efficiency measures into your homes.
