Panels are manufactured to consist of many cells that capture the light shining on the semi-conducting materials and generate a flow of electricity.
Luckily for us British, the cells do not require direct sunlight to produce the electricity and even work on fully clouded days.
As the electricity the panels generate is in DC, we install an inverter to convert this to AC, which then enables the electricity to be used throughout your home, stored within a battery facility or even exported to the grid.

Free survey
Once we have confirmed your eligibility we will arrange for an approved energy surveyor to assess your property free of charge.
Free install
We will then submit your grant qualification on your behalf and arrange for work to begin on your property within 14 days. That’s it – you get a warmer home and lower bills.

Questions about solar power
ECO4 will be a four-year scheme and is intended to run from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2026. The main objective of ECO4 is to improve the least energy efficient housing occupied by low income and vulnerable households.
Under ECO, medium and larger energy suppliers fund the installation of energy efficiency measures in British households. Each obligated supplier has an overall target based on its share of the domestic energy market in Britain. The obligated energy suppliers work with installers to introduce certain efficiency measures into your homes.
